As a chartered airline, IPA is a wholesale air transportation provider working directly with government agencies, government corporations, cargo consolidators, freight forwarders, travel agencies, and wholesale tour operators
IPA is a Philippine carrier that has a Certificate of Public Convenience issued by the Philippine Civil Aeronautics Board and an Air Carrier Operator Certificate (AOC) to operate international charters. IPA has the flexibility to fly to any destination at the time set by the Charterer and specializes in Special Purpose Charters requiring the entire aircraft.
Established in 1987, IPA has already laid the groundwork for the success of its operations at the Clark Freeport Zone with Hangars, maintenance, office facilities and Ground Handling Equipment.
IPA operates four B-767 Freighters and two B-737-300/400 Passenger aircraft configured for 136 to 168 Passengers and our experienced crews are CAAP, FAA and JAR qualified.
